Cone denester onto bottles
This machine ensures the automatic placement of cones until 15000 bottles per hour. It includes 4 satellite arms with rotating vacuum cups to pick up the products.
Each arm is settled on the rotating shaft. Picking and placing are synchronized thanks to a vacuum system. All arms are made of steel and are mounted on waterproof ball-bearings.
The cones are placed in pile on a 850mm motorized belt magazine with a 10° inclination. The suction cups move in front of the magazine, grasp the cones and place it the right way round and down onto the bottle. The vacuum is deactivated automatically by a rotary slide valve.
